      By the end of 2007,our companies begin to in the purchase and installation of

the equipment of powder coated of the file cabinets, this equipment is made by

Sino-German joint-venture factory ,which is the leader of the equipment for powder coated in the domestic field. Many well-known large companies have adopted this advanced and reliable equipment for powder coated. After more than a month of tension installation, the equipment was completed and put into trial operation in

early March of 2008. During the two months of the trial operation, the  operator in

my company conscientiously study the rules of the operations of the equipment, and our manufacturer of the equipment is also help us debugging the equipment actively. To adapt them to the characteristics of our products to ensure the quality of powder coated. After ensure that the quality of the products is stability and qualified, at the beginning of the May, our company put the new equipment for powder coated into production formally.Compared with our old-fashioned production line, this assembly line produced the products with stable quality. Also it greatly reduce the dust pollution.The output is 4 to 5 times as much as that the old equipment did before,which can reach 100,000 square per month. Our company plans to introduce other advanced equipment to improve the competitiveness of our products.
